Jason Momoa took to Instagram on Sunday to reveal a new Aquaman suit for the upcoming superhero sequel, "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom."In addition to the classic Aquaman costume seen in the first film, Momoa posted a first look at his character's so-called "stealth suit." The skin-tight metallic suit features hints of dark blue in addition to grey detailing on his arms and thighs. "Second round. New suit. In June 2021, Apple TV+ renewed Momoa¡¯s fantasy series ¡°See¡± for a third season, two months before its second season even debuted ¡ª a strong indication of the actor¡¯s mega star power, given the otherwise muted response to the series. Momoa headlined action-thriller ¡°Sweet Girl¡± in August for Netflix, and in October earned some of the strongest reviews of his career for Denis Villeneuve¡¯s sci-fi epic ¡°Dune¡± as the fabulously named warrior Duncan Idaho. Momoa spent much of the year shooting Netflix¡¯s ¡°Slumberland,¡± director Francis Lawrence¡¯s adaptation of the classic ¡°Little Nemo¡± comic book series, along with his next superhero installment, ¡°Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,¡± a sequel to the $1.1 billion 2018 grosser that is set for December 2022.
